Mutt Madd-ness

Say hello to our Southern Magnolia. A stunning ornamental that produces brilliant, fragrant blooms as she blossoms. This little one was found as a stray living under a house. Underweight, skin issues, unspayed and unvetted. We brought her in and made sure she got the healthy start she needed, and she bloomed. Like Miracle, she is sweet as sugar. Loves people and is creatively playful. She loves to throw her toys in the air and then chase them. Magnolia has likely had numerous litters, although still young. Holly is an energetic, people loving dog! She is motivated by both attention and food which will make training a smooth process. She would do best in a only dog home as she works on her basic obedience skills and works through some dog reactivity and socialization skills. She would do best in a home that can provide sufficient exercise for this energetic girl, walks or running in the backyard can be really fun for Holly. She is both crate trained and housebroken. Mutt Madd-ness will assist with additional training. She is a very sweet 2-3 year old pup. We really don't think English is her first language but.... Say Good Morning to Grayson (nee Chowder from our Soup Litter). This handsome boy is now 8 1/2 years old and 50 lbs. Sadly, through no fault of his, Grayson is needing to find a home for his 2nd half of life. His family has medical needs that preclude him continuing to stay in their home. According to his mom "he is extremely sweet and good with people. He enjoys attention from his owner, chewing on bones and taking short walks, but he also likes his alone time. He would do best in a home as the only pet but would be fine with another dog." He takes a fish oil supplement for his skin and gets a monthly bath. He has white dog skin which can sometimes be sensitive and may need attention when it becomes too itchy. Other than that, he is a healthy - handsome guy! Say hello to Miracle - she came into our rescue yesterday from another foster who nurtured her until her 2 puppies were weaned. We are hoping someone will fall in love with this sweetheart and make her a part of a loving family. A month ago, her owner ran afoul with the law and is spending some time away and left her without food, water and expecting! Miracle gave birth to 5 little ones but only 2 survived. She did the best she could under the conditions she was living in. Luckily a kind neighbor found some help for her. Miracle is a very sweet 43 lb. Pit Bull mix girl who loves to give cuddles and kisses. She is familiar with “come” and “sit” and very eager to learn more. She already knows how to use the doggy door all by herself when it is time to go to the bathroom. She has been tested with other adult dogs and did well - she can be a bit submissive. This little male was found by a good Samaritan walking down a very busy highway. Exceptionally thin, no collar, no tags, no Microchip, unneutered and a puppy. After a little over two weeks - he is now in our care. Sincere has been given all his vaccines and has been neutered and microchipped. The vet thinks he is 6-ish months old and is healthy. Sincere weighs 34 pounds and his build is shorter and stocky. Sincere is sincerely sweet, sincerely smart, and sincerely puppy playful. We rescued this old man over the weekend. He was found living under a porch in a senior community. Who knows for how long. Rolo, what they were calling him, is +- 11 years old, has bad knees and arthritic hips, and cataracts. He has a strong heart and is an amazingly sweet boy. We are looking for a family that would be willing to foster for us or we certainly are open to anyone wanting to adopt this guy. He is not going to be able to go up and down stairs.
